I'm Gemma and I own and run Stream Fitness and The Mummy Maintenance Project.

I'm a firm believer that exercise should be a fun and easy activity to incorporate into your lifestyle. It shouldn't be a stressful experience. I take pride in finding the workouts that suit you, your personality, your commitments to family, work and your social life. No more intimidating gyms or classes you can't fit into your busy schedule.


​Stream Fitness is something I feel passionate about.  I understand the pressures and stresses of looking after children and/or working a demanding full-time job and commuting daily. I know how difficult it can be to find time for yourself.  I also understand how important it is to find this time.

It's not all about exercise, taking time out to relax is equally as important for your wellbeing. I'll help with this too!

I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, 200hr Yoga Instructor, Triathlon Coach and specialist in pre- and post-natal exercise, amongst many other things!

Barre Fitness

Barre classes have become all the rage from New York, LA, London and beyond!


Barre gives people a different way of exercising; incorporating dance, fitness and yoga techniques it aims to strengthen, tone and sculpt the body.


You don’t have to have danced before to join in with this fun, energetic workout from the comfort of your home!


Rebecca Calienda

Pilates Teacher

Rebecca, started taking part in pilates classes as a means to correct postural alignment issues from years as working as a massage therapist. She found the programme of Joseph Pilates so beneficial that she decided to take the next step and train as an instructor. She now holds a qualification in STOTT pilates matwork which allows her to not only teach group sessions but she can also tailor a programme for an individual using postural analysis, she also has a YMCA Level 3 Diploma in teaching group pilates.


She did her intensive one on one training with Rosaria La Petra and is now able to teach dynamic reformer pilates as well as Matwork. She is REPs registered and fully insured. As well as pilates Rebecca is a fully qualified Level 3 Diploma massage therapist in Hollistic, Deep tissue and Swedish. She also holds a touch pro certificate in chair massage.

I have a background in dance and enjoy leading and helping others.

Alex Hinson

Yoga Instructor

Hi! I'm Alex, an American yoga teacher, movement director, and actor based in the UK.


I received my 200 hour YTT under the guidance of Bridget Woods Kramer and Ananda Leone in Bali. Prior to becoming a yoga teacher I studied movement + theatre at Jacques Lecoq in Paris, France where I co-founded an international theatre company called Bric à Brac Theatre.


I also studied movement at Sarah Lawrence College where I received my BA in Liberal Arts. My yoga classes are playful + calming with subtle focus on alignment. I look forward to welcoming you to class!
