Register Your Training Peaks Account. Choose the FREE version, this is where you will be able to view all of your training sessions, upload your FitBit or sports watch data (if you have one) and tick off your sessions!
Your account will sync to Stream Fitness and we will be able to access it to upload your sessions and view your training data.
You can view your sessions on the desktop, or by downloading the Training Peaks App after you have created your account. You will abe emailed sessions the night before as a friendly reminder!
Register for your free Stream Fitness UNLIMITED access class pass (Yoga, Pilates, Strength and more).
These classes will compliment your Marathon training by making you stronger and showing you how to stretch, this will help with injury prevention and your range of movement for running.
The classes also give you some welcome 'time out' to relax!

Your training plan starts quite literally from the sofa, we help you through building up your fitness in manageable steps to ensure that you are not injured, that you do not feel intimidated by the challenge and, most importantly, that you enjoy it! This means that we begin with walking and mobility exercises, learning to stretch. Your plan will be delivered online to you each week, it will be tailored to suit your current ability, and your work and family commitments.
