It's an exciting time for members, with some big improvements to your membership.
Please meet Michele, Michele is our new Yoga and Pilates Instructor, please try out her classes which provide a nice balance against the Strength, Cardio and HIIT classes. These are particularly good for the Sailors and Triathletes amongst you!
Yoga - Wednesdays at 7pm (Starting TONIGHT!!) Pilates - Mondays 7pm (Starting Monday 15 June)
We also have Emma joining us next week, Emma is an experienced Dancer and Barre Fitness Instructor. She will be taking Barre Fitness Classes, helping to strengthen and tone with no impact on your joints. If you hate getting hot and sweaty then this is the class for you, but don't let that fool you, you will work your muscles really hard! Don't worry if you don't have a Barre at home, you can use a high backed chair, worktop or improvise with something of your own!
Barre Fitness - Tuesdays 7pm (Starting Tuesday 16 June)
Our final new Instructor is Brooke, your new Zumba Instructor! Zumba will be arriving on your timetable at the end of the month. Brooke has a background in Dance and is really looking forward to bringing some music and rhythm to your classes! She can't wait to meet you all.

Initially, we promised Free Classes until the end of April, this was extended through to now! I really hope you have enjoyed your 12 weeks of classes and that you have tried everything and really enjoyed them. Regular membership costs just £19.97 per month, this is for UNLIMITED class access. Think of it this way, if you only come to one class a week, that's still only £5 a class, which is a bargain!
Class access will be restricted to paid members from Monday, 15 June. Please transfer your membership by clicking on the below link and completing the checkout. The current membership links will cease to be active from 15 June. In the meantime, make the most of your FREE classes this week, come and try Yoga tonight, while it's free!
