2. I can't find child care

No problem!

Working out from home makes life easier. Choose a class when they're busy doing homework, asleep, playing or you might find they like to watch! Please note that our exercises are designed for adult women, not children.

3. I'm new to exercise, will I be ok?

Yes! All classes are catered to the attendees abilities, exercises will have a number of variations, easy, intermediate and expert.

You choose the level that suits you best, or the instructor will suggest which version you should try.  If you've never exercised before then start with the beginner level and we will build up gradually and increase a little bit week by week.

4. I'm an experienced exerciser, will the group classes be too easy?

The group classes are tailored to everyone in the class, variations will be shown for each exercise at a beginner, intermediate and advanced level.

You choose the level that you feel you should be working at. There is always scope for you to engage your core more strongly, hold a pose for a few extra seconds or jump higher.

5. I'm categorised as 'high risk' for my pregnancy

You can still attend classes ONLY if you have gained and provided us with written consent from your Doctor or Midwife. Please email admin@streamfitness.co.uk at least 24 hours before your class.

6. Do I need to have any equipment to do your sessions?

Just yourself, suitable clothes and trainers for your exercise class and a drink of water. You may also want to have a little towel handy in case you get a little warm and need to mop your brow!
