Light a candle, roll out your yoga mat, and join me for Online Flow + Restore Yoga from the comfort of your own home!


This online open level yoga class aims to build strength, flexibility, and balance through a playful and dynamic flow.


Breath is synchronized with movement to help settle the mind and calm the nervous system. The class will end with either a series of restorative poses or a short guided meditation.


Feel free to have a cushion or a blanket nearby. This evening class will leave you feeling relaxed, restored, and hopefully ready for a wonderful night's sleep.


  • Cardio: High heart rate exercise, lots of movement to get you sweating and to get your fitness up.

  • ​All Abilities Welcome: All exercises are given with variations to make it harder or easier, so every ability is catered for, from beginner to advanced.


Classes designed for triathletes, by triathletes and coaches! Gemma is a multiple Ironman and GBR Age-Grouper in Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon and now coaches the team, along with Age Group Kona Qualifier/Racer Sam Thompson, at Podium Addict. They are both Ironman Coaches and carefully put together these sessions to ensure you get the most out of each and every one of them.


These sessions are the perfect compliment to your swim, bike and run training, all year round.


Strength and conditioning sets are vital to help keeping you strong, prevent injury and to increase your speed!

You don't need any equipment, your body weight is more than sufficient.  Classes are tailored to all ability levels, whether you're new to triathlon or a GBR age-grouper.


High Intensity Training to Music.

No Dancing, Music is Motivational. Prepare for a hard but fun workout!


The class where you get the most for your money! HIIT means 'High Intensity Interval Training' but don't let that put you off! There are simple variations for EVERY exercise.


Classes are planned in 'blocks'. 4-5 exercises per block lasting 30 seconds each, followed by a 30 second rest at the end of the block. Each block is repeated 3 times, then you get 1 minute rest.


A slower paced class, we warm up for up to 10 minutes, then work through a series of strength exercises.

No equipment needed.


A Low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. 


Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.


Michele will take you through Pilates, starting with the introductory movements and building up week by week. 



Barre classes have become all the rage from New York, LA, London and beyond!


Barre gives people a different way of exercising; incorporating dance, fitness and yoga techniques it aims to strengthen, tone and sculpt the body.


You don’t have to have danced before to join in with this fun, energetic workout from the comfort of your home!​


  • Fitness: Improve your overall fitness

  • Strength: Sailing specific strength exercises, focusing on the movements needed when you're in the boat.

  • ​Core, Shoulders, Back, Legs: Whole body workouts but each block focuses on a specific muscle group.

  • Agility: Improve your ability to run from one side of the boat to the other. Get light on your toes, be able to move from hike to hike efficiently.

  • ​Plyometrics: Get more powerful - this is an area that is often overlooked, but it will make the most difference to your sailing!

  • ​Sailing Specific: All designed with a sailor in mind!  All exercises are planned and tested to ensure they relate to sailing strength and movement.

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. 


Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
