How Does It Work?
Log in to our App either on your phone or desktop computer, access the calendar and choose which class you would like to do. Register for the class and come back 5 minutes before the start, click back to the calendar and open the LIVE STREAM link. It's that easy!
Your instructor will be live to welcome you in, you will have time to chat with the other members before you class begins!
Your instructor will guide you through your workout, helping with your technique, keeping you motivated and most importantly, make sure you are enjoying it!!
All classes are tailored to the members that attend that day, so it will be tailored to your ability, with variations to enable you to make each move harder or less challenging.
At the end of the class you will have time to ask any questions or chat to the other members.
You have UNLIMITED access, so come to as many classes as you would like to! You won't need much floor space at home, enough room to lay down.
If you miss your favourite class the don't panic, there are recordings on the App for you to do in your own time too!

Meet the Team
Alex is our American yoga teacher, movement director, and actor based in the UK.
She received my 200 hour YTT under the guidance of Bridget Woods Kramer and Ananda Leone in Bali.
Alex's yoga classes are playful and calming with subtle focus on alignment.
Emma is a trained Ballet Dancer and will take you through Barre Fitness and Mat Pilates classes.
Emma will help you get to grips with the basics as a beginner and coach you through to advanced!
Emma will immediately put you at ease at your first class and will offer alternatives to make your workout harder or easier, as required.
Erez has a military and dance background, with over 15 year’s specialisation in injuries and rehabilitation both in person now also via zoom!
Erez leads sessions in Power Yoga, Core Pilates, Cardio and HIIT.
You are guaranteed a fun and thorough workout with Erez!

Stuart has a Gymnastics, Dance and Musical Theatre Background with over 16 years of teaching experience. There is never a dull moment in one of Stuart’s classes as they are always filled with lots of energy and enthusiasm.
Stuart is a strong believer in making sessions fun whilst ensuring participants all meet their fitness goals.
Join Stuart for Zumba, Strong Nation, Aerobics, Toning and HIIT sessions. You are guaranteed a fun filled workout!
Rebecca takes our Monday night Pilates classes, you are guaranteed a hard core workout.
You will be taken through a series of Matwork Pilates exercises to really improve your core strength.
Pilates is a low impact workout - no jumping or bounding, but you will gain huge benefit.
I'm Gemma and I own and run Stream Fitness.
I'm a firm believer that exercise should be a fun and easy activity to incorporate into your lifestyle. It shouldn't be a stressful experience. I take pride in finding the workouts that suit you, your personality, your commitments to family, work and your social life. No more intimidating gyms or classes you can't fit into your busy schedule.
Stream Fitness is something I feel passionate about. I understand the pressures and stresses of looking after children and/or working a demanding full-time job and commuting daily. I know how difficult it can be to find time for yourself. I also understand how important it is to find this time.
It's not all about exercise, taking time out to relax is equally as important for your wellbeing. we help with this too!
I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, 200hr Yoga Instructor, Triathlon Coach, Run Coach and specialist in pre- and post-natal exercise, amongst many other things!
